Pepperoni and Sausage Pizza Recipe
Delicious cooked in our EK4923 Pizza Oven
Ingredients
310g tomato pizza sauce 285g mozzarella cheese, shredded 200g sausage 85g sliced pepperoni
Method
Step 1: Roll the dough out into a 12-inch circle, then spoon the passata into the centre of the dough and spread using the back of a spoon Step 2: Add the mozzarella, pepperoni, and sausage, making sure they are evenly spread over the pizza base Step 3: Slide the pizza onto the pizza stone and bake for 1 minute or until the crust is browned, turning it 180° halfway through cooking Step 4: Once cooked, remove from the pizza oven and finish with a dusting of oregano and pepper flakes and a drizzle of garlic oil
